Seattle the new frontier for many of the poor and down and out

As a resident of seattle Washington, I have discovered that this city has become a magnet for the poor, I had learned years ago that Seattle was the best place for a poor person to come, I am not exactly poor or homeless I came to seattle to start a business, but what I have discovered was that seattle has drawn more of the poor and homeless from other cities, there were and still are a great number of services for the homeless in seattle,  what I also discovered was that when people are poor they have the tendency to do wrong alot,  they will do everything to dupe people into giving them money, they will pretend to be disabled to get benefits from various agencies when they do not need it,  they will attempt to con an employer out compensation by faking an injury on the job,  I have sat on buses and listened to people tell how they have conned an employer out of company funds by faking injuries just so they could get money,  I just shake my head in disgust over this,
this sort of thing happens all over the united states and its ashame that so many people in america are so dishonest,  I was born in america I am happy to be here, but when I see the relentless wrong doing in this country by the poor it really angers me,  little do they realize or even care for that matter it is my hard earned taxes that I am paying out to cover the things that they steal, my taxes have to cover the money that they con the government and corporations out of,  I try to be honest, and I try to persuade others to be honest, but these days there is no such thing as honesty anymore,  but it is not only the poor that is dishonest, even members of our government has been dishonset, these days you can't even trust an employer to be honest or tell the truth about you, I feel bad for the poor but they are desperate people and desperate people do desperate things,  the poor feel cheated by society,  but many times they cheat themselves by dropping out of school, or if they stayed in school they refused to participate in school.  but many times education is not always to blame, growing up in a disfunctional home can be to blame as well, drugs, alcohol, physical and mental abuse can be to blame as well. all of these factors can lead a person down the wrong path to failure in life, subjecting the person be placed in jail or prison on a repeated basis,  or placed on deathrow,  so what do we do, how do we help a failing society become successful'  this is the question that we all must answer and what is that answer,  education and more education,  but not only in the school class room  but with social service intervention on a day to day basis,
